What did you say? MVP, Janice Graff The girls track team did exceptionally well at District. Janice placed 4th in the 200 meter and 3rd in the 400 meter, Anita placed 5th in the long jump, Renee placed 1st in the 100 meter, and Allyson placed 4th in the Discus. The relay team, which consisted of-Janice, Kari, Anita, and Renee-took 1st. At Divisional, Renee Pimley placed 5th in the 100 meter and advances to State. Treas. 10, 11, 12. The Opening Prayer The day was Saturday, May 18, 1985. The time was 7:30 p.m. The Senior Class of 1985 gathered for one of the last times, to celebrate their Graduation. The Baccalaureate was given by Pastor John Olson. The class was addressed by Mr. Mark Daniels, who works at the radio station in Shelby. The high school girls ensemble provided music for the occasion. Lorraine Moog and Marty Wood gave speeches as they were valedictorian and salutatorian, re- spectively. Families and friends watched the Senior Class march in with their black gowns trimmed with pink. The class was ushered by Tammi Pimley and Phillip Hovde. The proces- sional was played by the J-I Band. The recessional music chosen by the Seniors was 'The Best of Times .
