Wm erzoa Any girl who has taken a homemaking course is eligible for membership in the Future Homemakers of America. The mem- bers study how to become good homemakers. By learning all the aspects of good home- making, the club members were able to plan better their various social functions. Several of the most successful activities this year were the Christmas Party, Valentine Party, and a banquet. The F.H.A., however, is not all play, for they presented a toy basket to the Salvation Army at Christmas. Also, the members of the Jonesboro chapter take an active part in the district as well as the state F.H.A. Convention. At the F.H.A. Valentine Party jane Hooten was crowned queen and Linda Foster and Norma Meredith were chosen maids to the members. Party. One of the highlights of the evening was the ex- changing of gifts. FOX ART SHOP At the close of the Christmas Party delicious refreshments were served
