Our School Provides High Scholastic Achievements Outstanding seniors were chosen this year from the various departments in our school. These seniors were considered outstanding not only by their academic ability but also by their attitudes, dependability, initia- tive, etc., toward a particular course. Teachers of each department selected the senior most outstanding in their particular department. Mr. Feezor, school counselor, informs these seniors of the honors they have received from the different departments. Seated at the table from left to right are Kay Niell, journalism, Melba Lyon, home eco- nomics, Judy McAdams, English, Gayle Vowels, mathematics, Sally Lyttle, social studies, Ceraldene Sailor, commercial. Standing in the rear are Kenny Aston, science, Winford Williams, trades, and Eugene Beck, music.
