Hurricane Announces Popularity Winners Who got what?,' was the question students asked as they rushed around getting ready for the first annual Hurricane Ball, at which the outcome of the Who's Who contest was announced. Annually, the Hurricane staff sponsors a popularity contest, in which thirty-one IHS students cop titles. The winners are elected by popular vote of the students. SUE FINCHER: Chosen as Miss IHS and Miss Popularity, Sue numbers among her outstanding activities and honors this year the positions of Hurricance Beauty and Homecoming Queen. TYLER SWINDLE: Tyler is the proud owner of two titles: Mr. IHS and Mr. Success.
