Parade of beeut Two days before the Beauty Pag- eant was held, a tea was given for all the contestants of the pageant at the President's home in order that the girls could meet the judges and talk to them on a personal basis. The tea was hosted by Mrs. Martha Tisdale and the Lair Staff, sponsored by Colleen Ford. Anticipation mounted as each girl anx- iously awaited her three minute inter- view with the judges. Delicious refreshments served by Mrs. Dillard's Home Ec department helped to take everyones mind off the approaching terror. When the tea was over, all the girls breathed a sigh of relief and con- fessed that it had not been as bad as they had expected. Actually it was an experience that will long be remem- bered by everyone, Below, front are Kay Boone, Pam Biglane, Theresa Lambert, Deborah Hendry, Back are Carla Edwards, Janice Byrd, and Pamela Ruffin. The Tisdale's home is a lovely place and all the girls enjoyed visiting with each other at the tea. Above, Pam Beech, Ann Johnson, Brenda Dyess, and Berna- dine Howell.
