WESLEY FOUNDATION The Wesley Foundation is an organization for ministering to the needs of students on state college campuses. It was begun in our school in 1940 by Rev. J. D. Slay, the pastor of the community Methodist church. The coun- cil, made up of the officers, meets weekly and plans the activities for the group. These activities include worship, World friendship, community serv- ice, and recreation.
