THE 4-ll CLUBS In Junior High there are 33 girls and 48 boys enrolled in 4-H club work. The general livestock judging team in the boys' club represented Jones County at the state contest at State College last summer. Mary Jo Morgan in the girls' club Won a trip to Chicago. WESLEY FOUNDATION The Wesley Foundation is an organization for ministering to the needs of students on state college campuses. It was begun in our school in 1940 by Rev. J. D. Slay, the pastor of the community Methodist church. The coun- cil, made up of the officers, meets weekly and plans the activities for the group. These activities include worship, World friendship, community serv- ice, and recreation.
