The Baptist Student Union was organized on the campus in 1938. The or- ganization is a connecting link between the local church and the student. It endeavors to strengthen the faith of the students on the campus. The B. S. U. is not only a local organization but also state and southwide. The biggest social event of the year was our Indian Pow-Wow Picnic. A council, to act as religious leaders, is chosen very prayerfully each year. BAPTIST STUDENT UHIONCOUNCIT
