Many Alder students repeatedly per- form above the expected level and take on extra work along with their regular schedule. These people all devote a large measure of energy to their ac- tivity, whether it is sports, clubs, band, cheerleading, or academics. Each expects from himself the discipline and energy to perform to the best of his abilities.
