Senior Celebrities Say, John, that's really a sandwich fit for a King! And that's just what JOHN HONIOTES is. Yes, he was Mr. Football King of 1965. Other accomplishments John made in his senior year were Boys' Social Chairman and a member of the Stu- dent Council. He is also a valuable member of the track team. ,lane. we know you're an artist. but what's that? JANE SCHlEK'S artistic ability. friendly personality. willingness to work, and clever ideas have made her a key person in the success of the first year of J.T. West. She did her job well as Girls' Social Chairman and a member of student council. And people wonder why I have such rosy cheeks! SUE WARFEL does have rosy cheeks and she is a member of the band. but it's not because she plays the tuba. Sue has occupied the position of Black Band Sponsor during her senior year. She also was elected Mr, Football Queen of l965. With these two honors she has a very successful graduating year.

Senior Celebrities Joyce. he cut down a cherry tree, not an apple tree! Just as George Washington was the first president of the United States, JOYCE CROWTHER is the first president of the Student Coun- cil at West. Joyce's council work throughout her four years of high school has proved an asset to the school as well as the coun- cil. Who needs skies with these things! exclaims CRAIG Mc- KEOWN. Our faithful Senior Class President has finally found time for one of his favorite hobbies. On skies or as drum major of the band: Craig masters his skills. With all of his duties, he still finds time to be a scholar which is shown by his membership in the National Honor Society. Well hello there! This greeting, often used by GERRY LESTER, is recog- nized by many West stu- dents. As president of the National Honor Society. Gerry won't have any trouble getting into a col- lege, but his problem is choosing the right one for him. Let's see, gals or grades!

Senior Celebrities We just happened to catch JIM NICHOLSON in one of his more relaxed moments. During football season he doesn't have much extra time for things like that as he is a hard working member of the team. Jim was voted the most valuable player for the 1964-65 season. Hey Kathy, that note should be a sharp, not a flat! Through KATHY ALLEN'S high school years she has been very active. She has been a cheerleader all four years, and this year she is the captain of the varsity squad. lt's easy to see that her warm smile could really cheer the teams on to victory. Besides being a cheerleader, Kathy is also a member of the A Cappella choir and a past member of the Student Council. Who forgot to water these things? As KAY BOORAS takes time out of her busy schedule to organize a scrapbook of many high. school' achieve- ments, she finds many honors including Senior Court Attendant, Senior Class Secretary, yearbook co-editor, ind Student Council. Want to run it? This is quite a ridiculous question since SALLY HUEY'S little touring Jeep doesnt go over forty-five miles an hour. Sal has been a busy girl throughout her high school career Amonf. her many accomplishments are Freshm in Court At tendant, vice-president of Pep Club, and 1 member of dent Council.
