The newly-elected olllzicers, when their names were called, stepped lorward and were presented with a candle. As one hody they then tooli the oath of office and lighted their candles. These lighted candles represent the ever-ready help that the otl-'icers will give to the XV0lIl6ll'S Athletic Association.
