fofiet DeZJat1'ng Team HIS year's debating team was the first to ever represent the I High Schoolg but notwithstanding its inexperience the team only suffered one defeat. The question debated upon was: Resolved, that in cities of 50,000 inhabitants or over the municipality should own and operate it's own street railways, water- works and lighting plants.
