The allocation of moneys received for running expenses is one of their major problems. Maintenance of the school plant, hiring teachers, and securing equipment are also part of their responsibilities. At its monthly meetings the board considers problems of finance and maintenance. These board sessions are often lengthy until decisions are reached which will further the best interests of patrons, teachers, and pupils. We surely appreciate the efforts of our school board to keep J. M. S. functioning effectively. Without their helpful counsel our school could not succeed. 5
