I S M xx 5 . . . . we introduce Johnnie, the Schmoo. Johnnie was adopted this year by the Senior Class as the main theme of their yearbook. You will see him cavorting on almost every page of the 1954 Beacon, because we feel that Johnnie symbolizes the good will among the students and faculty at the Johnstown Schools. We, the staff, intend to work with Johnnie as much as the teachers have worked with us to prepare us for our life's work. We hope that you will like Johnnie as much as we do.
