A member of National Honor Society, Notional Athletic Honor Society, and International Club, Sandy has also served on Student Council and has been editor of the Bugle in her senior year. Sandy participated in girls tennis and ski team. She used her musical talent to accompany the chorus in Comelor, Kiss Me Kore, Lit Abner and Music Mon Sandy's awards include World History prize. Moth 10, German 3. History, RPi Math and Science award. Math 11, Elmira College Award, and the Dausch and Lomb Science Award. Podolec. 63 Varsity FIELD HOCKEY DOMINATES This year's varsity field hockey team went undefeated in the Foothills League under the direction of third year coach. David Wii- tey. The girls ended up 15-0 and went to the semifinals in the sectional playoffs. The team was led this year by tri-captains Toni Wilson. Tess Swart, and Virginia Hanchar. She says that the climate of Billings is similar to that here in Johnstown but they too have experienced a mild winter thus far. Under the direction of Mr. Joseph Mone the Concert and Jazz bonds grew. In taking the Foothills championship the girls scored many impressive victories including those over Gloversville both home and away.
