SENIOR HISTORY The best type of music that seems to fit our Seniors is popu1ar. Besides having an un- defeated football team this year, fsupported by many fansj, they were also very sharp in baseball, and under Gary McCarthy topped the scales in basketball. John Lawton, as director of our football team, had the accompaniment of D. Biron, W. Brown, C. Chamberlain, I. D'Amore, M. Goot, G. Hall, J. Lawton, G. McCarthy, G. Miller, W. Obenhoff, P. Ortell, J. Roddy, K. Sarris, E. Simek, R. Stock, W. Sweeney, and L. Yerdon to help him. A special note should also be added here pertaining to the cheerleading squad composed of Joni Con- roy, Captain, Mary Ann Subik, Iudy Hladik and Colleen Blood. These are just two groups that have done their part in this year's senior activities. We mustn't forget, though, that they were all under the direction of Whitney Brown, Class President. Whit was just one of a quartet that led our class, the others being Margaret DeGaro, Vice President, Gloria Hale, Secretary, and Mary Ann Subik, Treasurer. But above all, Miss Vianna Streeter must get the credit for the arrangement and conducting of many of their activities.
