0 0 T edccatco t 0 To say that “she cares is perhaps the greatest compliment that can be paid a teacher. And this is often and justly said of this teacher. Above all she cares for her students. She spends many hours guiding the students through the intricacies of mathematics. Always quick with encouragement, she has understanding and faith in her students. The STONJO pauses to honor this fine member of the faculty whose name has been linked with Johnston Junior High School for many years. Her busy hours are filled with patience to her students and her sharp individual wit can brighten the longest class period. She is a teacher who represents others like herself who are working for future well-being of the stu- dent and the school. The Annual staff proudly dedicates the 1967 STONJO to Mrs. Virginia Robertson. A steady worker in the math commons and testing room, Mrs. Robertson was Head of the math dept 2nd semester. Eddie Leslie and Sammy Holdsambeck receive individual help. 17
