U1U04 fSoCtfity The G. Lofton McCurdy Chapter of the National Junior Honor Society was organized in the spring of 1964 under leadership of a faculty advisory committee. Since its organization the chapter can boast of 49 members. To be a member of the honor society is one of the highest honors the school can bestow upon a student. Membership is attained by reaching high goals in Scholarship, Leadership, Character, Citizenship, and Service. After becoming a member he or she must continue to strive for these high ideals of self, community, and school The following students are the 1964-65 membership of the chapter.
