Learning Laboratory Marjorie S. Tart Coordinator, Learning Laboratory The Johnston Technical Institute library and learning laboratory are open to the students, faculty, staff, and general public of Johnston County. The library has over 6,000 volumes and subscribes to 115 magazines and 10 newspapers. The learning laboratory contains programmed and self-instructional materials in a variety of subject matter.
