Senior Class History i The seventh day of September 1943, was a bright day in the hearts of men, and a dreary day in the hearts of 36 children as we started out to our first day of school. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mrs. Lowell Wickham who soon made us happy and content in our new surroundings. During our twelve years at Johnson-St. Paris School, we were guided and helped by many wonderful teachers to whom we wish to express our gratitude. Also during these years together we have enjoyed parties, picnics, plays, and many other class projects. And now as we look back upon those days we think of the wonderful experiences we had in Johnson-St. Paris School. And now we bid adieu To these old walls so dear, And resign ourselves to the fact That this is our last year. We think of times of sorrow. Of happy times we’ve had But when we sum it all up, It really wasn't bad. Our teachers who inspired And helped us in despair, I know that we did give them Such a time of wear and tear.
