At thus stage we lost Ray Roeder and Gerald Kopp but thus rs partly supplemented by the addutron of Arlene Seeber The first successful entry ln the last and most powerful mrssrle stage, was our wrnnlng of flrst place an the magazlne campargn Another outstanding entry was agaln marked for us rn our capturing of flrst place In the H mecommg Parade with the float, Dragon C mb ldge Thru Creek The next feature was the arrlval of our class rrngs, which slgmfled that we were now well on our way The second half of Junlor s construction proved most worthwhlle with the presentation of our class play, Its All In Your Head and the Junlor Prom, Saul Along Sllvery Moon The muslc was furmshed by Jlmmy Hartwlg, wlth Russell Schmitt relgmng as kung and Judy Hartwlg as hrs chosen queen A wonderful post prom S S Sllvery Moon sponsored by our parents, was held rn the Fireman s Hall after the prom Honor was shown to three dllagent members of our mlsslle crew by bemg selected as Badger Girls and Boys State Representatrves They were Carolyn Staude Roland Wlshowskr, and Warren Bankert As the frnal power stage IS completed with many achievements, we, the Class of 59, are awarded the Spmt Cup for team work, enthusiasm, good school sparlt, and sound mlssrle Stage Number Four Senior The generation of our flnal stage or payload, as It IS known, began on September 3 l958 under our chief designing Instructors Mass Scott and Mr Zurbuch Chief engineer of the pay load development was Roland Wrshowskl, assisted by an advrsory committee made up of Carolyn Staude, Janet Zastrow, Roger Reichert, Judy Hartwlg, and Russell Schmitt Our mrsslle crew now number 31 members with the reluctant release of Lance Messmer and Chrns Thomas, but we welcomed the addltron of Nyla Uselman The frrst large make up of the Sensor, was our hosting to the Homecomung Dance, lndlan' Love Call Corn shocks, Indian teepees, and soft muslc by Herb Bredow, provlded the prominent setting Roland Wrshowskl reigned as kung and Janet Zastrow as queen Our foremost achrevement an the payload development was the producing of this annual whose contents were prepared by our Annual Board Recognition went out to the cast for their presentation of the class play, Nuts In May The crew bestowed on Carolyn Staude special congratulations for bemg the reclplent of the D A R award Ten top students were headlined In the completron of this tremendous task They were Joyce Deegan, Isabel Genz, Judy Hartwug, Isabel Mead, Jean Messerschmldt, Roger Renchert, Jean Reynolds Carolyn Staude, Roland Wlshowskn, and Janet Zastrow Having flnlshed the stages necessary, our mlsslle now awaits on the launching pad for nts release on May 28 l959 Wlth this release the future can be so unlrmlted for each and every one of us 11 I o ' ' a r' . ll ' Ill ' ' ' ' ll' ll ' ll ' ' ll , .
