Pride In Stride The enthusiasm of Homecoming Week be- gan with the mtroauction of new ideas to continue the flow of school spirit Activities were held in the gym during lunch break each day These struck the spirits of many peo- ple. which made for an action-packed week Spirit activities were. Monday. Rock 'n Roll Day and music played; Tues- day. Black Tuesday and Bulldog funeral. Wednes- day. Lazy Day and Coach Says ; Thursday, Nerd Day and musical Mr Romero reaas the eulogy, as basketball players, cheerleaders, ana students pay their respects at the Bulldog funeral chairs, and Friday. Rebel Day and pep rally. Although sleet and snow postponed the scheduled games, the traditional ceremonies were held. Graduating classes of 1957, 1967. 1977. and 1983 were honored after the pre- sentation of the court. In finishing the ceremo- nies Cherelle Duhon crowned the new queen. Tiffany Romero.
