Many friends will soon leave to go out on their own, bringing closer thoughts of our future. Senior year rushes to meet us, college just around the corner. We feel ... as if we’re sprinting through the days out of breath, wanting to slow the pace. Slow the minutes to hours to savor each more fully. To postpone the future - scared of what will come. The changes we may not like. We wish ... for everyone and everything to remain the same, to keep the closeness and affection of our friends, for time to stand still. If not, then for life always to be as good as now. Anonymous 115 FOK LAKE STATE BAAK IN LAKELAND 8HOPPINQ PLAZA We Appreciate Your Buelnets LOBBY ■m ruu raw tMl.i TOIMPi n I'M 1.1 TO IMP! MT I N I N. Dean, coach, counselor, friend ... he was many things to many people. Two words may best describe what Bill Haag was all about. He cared. He gave. And that is his legacy. By caring and giving, Bill Haag made Johnsburg High School a much better place. He made the world a better place. The pain of his absence is great, but the hurt is lessened by the feeling of his presence in our hearts. Those who knew him will never forget the happiness he brought. Those who did not know him will still feel his influence. For Bill Haag helped build Johnsburg High School, and he will forever be a part of it. Whenever a student walks the corridors of JHS with a smile on his face, feeling good about himself and this school, look very closely. Part of that smile will belong to Bill Haag. 134 Johnsburg High School Athletic Wall of Fame 135 mWALS WORTH PUBLISHING COM PA N Y 1983 SPRING SUPPLEMENT 137 VARSITY BASEBALL TEAM.
