Yet North Woods took part | in the transition from the kitch- | en to the woodshop as two girls ' became the first to join the boy club. I ' m glad to have had Julie Garst I and Jodi Gillespie as the first 1 ' craftswomen ' on campus, said | advisor Mr. Bains. The two girls | worked side by side with their | male counterparts, constructing ! partitions and office cabinets for the attendance office. What we did this year will hopefully prove once and for all that all girls can get their hands dir; too! remarked Gillespie. 1 In Auto Tech, donated auto parts were the newest addition to the club of future engineers and technicians. The chasis of a van and other mixed parts pro- vided a worthy experience for all members. What we accom- plished in one week gave a high- er sense of achievement »= other clubs in a year, sai 7 .
