Mike Ziccardi portrayed the pro- duger whose every investment paid of . Gin dammit to hell GIN!! snorts Francine Simmons as she portrays the mother of a somewhat frenzied star. The Studio opened its curtain this fall with Moss Hart's Light Up the Sky. The show was directed by Wayne Toone, speech instructor and assisted by Tommy Patterson. Miss Maurice Sawyer was production assistant. The play was the laugh hit which a N .Y. Mirror critic described as Fast, furious and tremendously funny during the play's long run in New York. The play takes place during the Boston out-of-town opening of a first play by an idealistic young author who is surrounded by emotional show people.
