ADVISORY BOARD The purpose of the Advisory Committee is to find solutions to situations that occur throughout the school year and to render recommendations for any disciplinary problems which may become bothersome or annoying to the unit. The fact that they have only a few meetings during the school year shows the fine quality of the Hoggard Company. Advisory Board heads Lt. Cmdr. C. M. Gurganus and Lt. Cmdr. J. T. They provide flag ceremonies for our-scheol,tocal clubs and activities, and lead parades=in Wilmington And southeastern North Carolina.
