Hoggard consists of two instructors and a commanding officer and the company staff. Of the instructors Commander Bryan is responsible for supervising the entire unit. Sergeant Wilson and Chief Hess are in charge of instructing the cadets in all aspects pertaining to Navy lite. ADVISORY BOARD The purpose of the Advisory Committee is to find solutions to situations that occur throughout the school year and to render recommendations for any disciplinary problems which may become bothersome or annoying to the unit. The fact that they have only a few meetings during the school year shows the fine quality of the Hoggard Company. Advisory Board heads Lt. Cmdr. C. M. Gurganus and Lt. Cmdr. J. T.
