Dickens had some comments pertaining to the 1970-71 season. Here they are: “The wrestling team this year was plagued with injuries. With almost every match the Vikings had to forfeit points. The Vikings did well with the few young men that stayed the entire year. These young men learned what personal pride and s loyalty to John T. Hoggard means. “The division this year was unusually tough.
