Club members complete NJROTC Ball plans. NCO CLUB All cadets with the rank of petty officer and above form the Noncommissioned Officers, Club. The dues that the members must pay in order to remain in the club are used to sponsor the NCO club breakfast held after the NJROTC Ball. Unlike the Officers club, its members are not limited to seniors.
