JUNIOR CIVITANS The purpose of the Junior Civitans is to serve the school and community. They sponsor various projects during the year to strengthen Hoggard and their own individual betterment. Attending their state convention, selling fruitcakes, giving pep rally skits—these are a few examples of Junior Civitan work.
