A member must pay his dues in order to remain in the club, and these dues are used to sponsor the NCO club breakfast after the NJROTC ball. The club’s main function is that of a social section of the battalion. President of the NCO Club: Cadet M. L. Clark Club members and their dates have dinner at the Heritage Inn before the NJROTC ball.
