Hoggatd Rifles The Hoggard Rifles, under the direction of the instructors, Sergeant R. Wilson and Cadet Commander L. E. Simpson, has sacrificed long hours to become a precisioned unit. As always, practice has worked and the team received invitations to perform at various festivals and parades throughout southeastern N. C.
