The instructional staff of the John T. Hoggard NJROTC unit consists of three instructors and a commanding officer. The commanding officer, Lieutenant Commander J. T. Bryan, is responsible for coordinating and supervising the entire unit. Sergeant R. Wilson, Chief R. T. Hess, and Chief C. A. Bateman are in charge of instructing the cadets in all aspects pertaining to navy life. They strive together to develop advanced potential officer programs and better informed citizens.
