Color Guard Captain: LTJG T. E. Lane 146 President of the NCO Club: Cadet T. M. Blackburn The noncommissioned officers club is one consisting of the cadets with a rating lower than that of an ensign. The club is on a voluntary basis. In order to remain in good standing, a member must pay dues which are used to sponsor the NCO Club breakfast for the NJROTC Ball.
