MR. JEFFERSON CRALLE Principal PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE America expects patriotism in word, thought and deed. 'You are expected so to live that America will be a better place because you are a part of it. It expects you to be a better citizen for having had the opportunity of an education in a tree public school system. lt expects you to have an everlasting devotion to America- the America in whose service you are proud to live, the America for whose defense you are willing to fight. Each successive generation must win freedom anew. Its preservation requires eternal vigilance and sacrifice. The torch of 'Freedom is in your hands. You must guard it well. With you rests the responsibility to lreep aglow that sacred flame on which rely all human hope, all human progress.
