Cross Country Work-Outs Begin Early in Year For ones not involved in football or basketball, track began quite early in the year with work-outs. After mid-term practice sessions became more regular with trackstcrs sprinting the loop,” pole vaulting, high jumping, hurdling, shot putting and throwing the discus.
