Active Science Club Aids Average Students In Sciences Offered At Reagan High Representing Reagan’s science department is the Science Club. Everything from microbes and bacteria to atomic energy and atom bombs are freely discussed in their meetings. Learning more about science” has been the Science Club’s main objective. Although meetings were short, many of the members learned to vary their talents in other fields of science. Speakers and professors from the University of Texas presented lectures to the club at various meetings. Officers of the club included Gary Currier, presi- dent; Diane Newmann, secretary-treasurer; Brian Koehler, Sergeant-at-Arms; Will Davis, parliamentar- ian; Science Club sponsor is Mr. Bert Tucker.
