Mr. Miller Mischal has seen many senior classes come and go. but the Class of 1983 will be very special for him. for it will be his last. A fixture of JMH since his arrival in 1969. Mr. Mischal is retiring after a 30 year career in what he calls, an educational adventure. For 13 years, he was an assistant principal here at JMH. and it is fitting that he was the senior principal this year. We will remember him as the mellow, friendly person who was always willing to see the student s point of view. His door was always open to any and all who needed help. But what we all will probably most remember about him are his P.A. announcements. which were always a welcome break from classroom routine. The future classes at Marshall will be at a loss for never having known such a fine man as Our Mr. Mischal. 14
