Miss Fogarty Hard work, dedication, perseverence, and ability to communicate with students are some of the characteristics which might describe an outstanding teacher. These same words describe Miss Mary Fogarty, a JMH music teacher the last 15 years who was transfered to Lincoln-West this year. Miss Fogarty has touched the lives of many JMH students as she initiated five new vocal musical groups within the music department. One teacher remakred that Miss Fogarty has .. endless energy in perfecting good, solid musical performances for the students and faculy. Dedicated to excellance. Miss Fogarty is currently director of the All City Choir, a group which brings together the best in the system for performances throughout the city. Although Miss Fogarty has a wide range of interests, her life has been . . . and will always be ... centered around the sounds of music. Her dedication as a teacher of music and her love of students are greatly missed this year.
