Acknowledgement Of A Job Well Done They enjoy meeting new faces and undertaking new adventures . . . they are people who choose to enrich the quality of life by giving . . . and best of all. they can be found right here at JMH. The members of our faculty strive to make our scholastic experience a little more interesting and a lot more enjoyable. There are some who choose to give just a little more of their time; they are involved with the students and participate in many activities outside of the classroom. We take this opportunity to acknowledge the tremendous contributions of four of our very dedicated faculty members. At first glance, seeing her small 5'3” frame, one would hardly expect the powerhouse personality that students around JMH respectfully know as Mrs. Florence Hall. Mrs. Hall is dedicated to the success of the student at JMH. In addition to teaching English, she is serving in her rookie year as advisor of Student Council and Excutive Advisory Committee. and third year as advisor of the Cheerleaders. She attends every athletic event with her cheerleaders and is frequently seen in the building after normal school hours, when everyone else has gone home. Described by her colleagues as a hard-work er. Mrs. Hall is one of the few staff members that cannot say no to any students’ request. and insists on getting the job done. With the enthusiasm she generates. Mrs. Hall provides motivation to both students and teachers alike, and is an inspiration to us all. Dedicated, enthusiastic, willing to work with students and teachers alike on almost any project - that’s Mr. Paul Johanni. The bearded psychology teacher communicates well with his students and expresses his love for teaching by making class fun and interesting for his students. Games, filmstrips, and experiments are utilized to break the monotony of book work. Mr. Johanni has initiated many projects at JMH. including the Close-Up program that makes an annual trip to Washington. D.C. He also plays a role in planning fundraisers, like Almost Anything Goes, and has served as tennis coach at JMH. In his spare time. Mr. Johanni enjoys tennis, volleyball, and woodworking.
