Mr. Cihlar assumed the command of John Marshall in September of 1965 after serving the Cleveland School System for 29 years. It is the earnest hope of the faculty and myself that all members of this class enjoy a rich and rewarding life. Most of the experiences that you were exposed to in the past three years were purposefully placed there to prepare you to be a productive, spirited member of society. Your willingness to share your knowledge and talents with the less fortunate and your recognition of the rights of others will in large measure determine your worth not only to your country but in your own final evaluation of self. 22 Principal
