Always thinking of the teams - even at 3 a.m., a few tired pep club girls got out of bed to erect signs on the front porches of varsity players' homes before each game. Tri-Kettes honored an outstanding member of their club each month by presenting her with a red and blue carnation. The girl earning the most extra points by attending project meetings was presented this award.
