One member is elected from each of the cityis four sprawling political wards to serve four years, The one member-at-large is elected every two years. Principalis Message The publication of the yearbook officially marks the completion of another cycle in the life of our school. Even before the ink on the pages has dried, yesterday's experiences will have become tomorrow7s history. Only the passage of time can provide the perspective needed to assess with accuracy the real significance of the events of the past year. It is not too early, however, to predict that the school year 1962-63 will rank high in importance in the annals of John Marshall High School. Much of the momentum for a successful year was provided by the aggressive and exemplary leader- ship of our upper-classmen. Congratulations, Seniors.
