A secretary’s job is an important, interesting, and responsible one. Our secretaries perform efficiently a wide variety of office jobs. Some of these are: typing, filing, taking dictation, dupli- cating, answering telephones, writing letters, making out reports, and meeting callers. With all the many hourly interruptions, they manage to perform their duties; to keep the office running smoothly; and to represent John Marshall High School in a calm, courteous, and efficient manner.
