After seven matches the team has four wins and losses. Losing only to Grant, Cleveland, and Benson. Outstanding students are Iohn Hinds, Jeff Biedel, Kent Smith, and jerry Conner. The score of the first meet was Marshall 70, Wilson 55, and Franklin 56. The' first place finishes for Marshall were Frank Savage - 100, Dan Iohnson- mile, Louie Fugere - 2 mile, Tom Rader- 440 , Savage - low hurdles, Johnson - 880 and Terry Beadle - javelin, Rod Jenkins, junior, puts the shot. du g a track meet with Jefferson.
