Sophomores do not take this course unless they have a special interest in it. During their freshman year, students study world culture and geography along with Eng- lish. There is an American history course for juniors, and seniors study the social problems of our world today. They go into government, econ omics and foreign relations in their American problems class. For those students planning to teach or continue with history, in some way, Russian history is available. Social problems are investigated by social studies class. Mr. Carrol studies to keep up on current problems in our society.
