Taking care of all lost art- icles that are found around the school is one of the responsib- ilities of the bookroom clerks, The helpers take care of lock- ers and locks besides the un- claimed properties of many Marshallites. Most of the sup- plies for the school are ordered through the bookroom and the helpers must know the correct procedure of ordering and or receiving supplies. Also most of the books that are in use around the school are checked out from the bookroom so good records must be kept. Student librarians play important part in the library system. These have many tasks, which are before them when for this job.
