A tragic acci- dent occured on the Abe Lincoln Blvd. taking the lives of two sophomores, Richard Tavitas and Jim- my Dillon. Both students were an important part of our school. A benefit, held in honor ot the students at Twin Oaks Exposition Center, was called the first annual Cowboy ' s Memorial Ro- deo. In re- membering his friends, freshman John Morris said, I really wish I could bring my friends back. We must remember the good times we had and the bad times weren ' t so bad, said Becky Brothers.
