Despite brisk and chilly Wea ther, DOGPA TCI-I continues in its tradition of out-offs and picnic lunches. Among the after- noon activities are the Slave Sale, chain dances, and pyramid building. To top off this year's edition of Dog- patch, the annual dance is held in the cafeteria providing an enjoyable atmosphere for all.
