JUNIOR RED CROSS During the past year Mrs. Margaret Koegel and mem- bers of the junior Red Cross have performed many useful services. At Christmas time they filled stockings with hard candy and cookies which were given to patients of the Milwaukee County Infirmary. Miss Roberta Pippitt's sewing classes made thirty pairs of terrycloth slippers from materials which the junior Red Cross purchased. Baby layettes were made by Miss Waltraut Schaarschmidfs students. Club members gathered pictures for a scrapbook which was sent to a school in western Germany. This book at- tempted to show what high school life is like in America.
